The Mastro’s Butter Cake Recipe: Unveiling Culinary Elegance

Mastro's Butter Cake is renowned for its decadent flavor, rich texture, and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. This indulgent dessert has become a favorite among food enthusiasts, and for good reason.

Ingredients: For the Cake: – 1 box of yellow cake mix – 4 large egg – 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup of sour cream – 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

For the Topping: – 1 cup of granulated sugar – 1 cup of all-purpose flour – 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted

For Serving: – Vanilla ice cream (optional) – Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.

1. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. 2. In another bowl, prepare the topping by mixing together the granulated sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.

1. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the cake batter in the baking dish. 2. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

1. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes. 2. Serve slices of the Mastro's Butter Cake warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries for an extra touch of elegance.
