Sweet cinnamon rolls are a delightful treat, perfect for breakfast or dessert. Here's a basic recipe to make homemade cinnamon rolls: 

Ingredients: For the Dough: – 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F or 43°C) – 2 tablespoons active dry yeast – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 4 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon salt – 2 large egg

For the Filling: – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup packed brown sugar – 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon For the Frosting: – 4 ounces cream cheese, softened – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: Activate yeast: Mix warm milk, active dry yeast, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Wait 5-10 minutes for frothing. Mix the activated yeast, sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs in a large basin to make the dough. Gradually add flour and mix until soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes on a floured board until smooth and elastic. Let it rise: location the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm location for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.

Make the filling: Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle. Apply cinnamon-sugar filling on dough evenly.

Roll it: Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Slice 1.5–2 inches thick.Place in pan: Place cinnamon buns in a greased baking pan with space between them. Allow to rise for 30–45 minutes under cover. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
