Take one teaspoon aloe vera gel, four teaspoons glycerin, five tablespoons baking soda, lemon essential oil, and a cup water. Scrub your teeth with this mixture. Repeat everyday until plaque and tartar disappear. Repeat every three to four days.

Strawberries and tomatoes are vitamin C-rich meals that remove bacteria from the mouth and prevent tartar. Leave tomato and strawberry pulp on your teeth for 5 minutes. Wash off. Repeat twice a week until you see results.
