Must-Try Sandwich Made with Smoked Salmon and Feta Cheese.

Ingredients: – 4 slices of your favorite bread (such as whole grain, sourdough, or rye) – 4 ounces smoked salmon slice – 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled – 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese – 1 tablespoon capers, drained

– 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped – 1 teaspoon lemon zest – Salt and black pepper, to taste – Optional: lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, red onion, for topping

Instructions: 1. Begin by toasting the slices of bread to your desired level of crispness. You can use a toaster or toaster oven for this step. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or cream cheese with the chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well to incorporate the flavors. 

Spread a generous layer of the dill yogurt or cream cheese mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.  Next, layer the smoked salmon slices evenly on top of the spread on two of the bread slices.
