Fruit Salad With Citrus Honey Dressing

Ingredients: For the fruit salad: – 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced – 1 cup blueberrie – 1 cup grapes, halved – 1 cup pineapple, diced – 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced

– 1 cup mango, diced – 1 banana, sliced (optional) – 1 orange, peeled and segmented For the citrus honey dressing: – Juice of 2 orange – Juice of 1 lemon – 2 tablespoons honey – 1 teaspoon lemon zest – Optional: fresh mint leaves, chopped, for garnish

Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruit: strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, mango, orange segments, and banana (if using). Gently toss to combine.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the citrus honey dressing ingredients: orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and lemon zest until well combined. Pour the citrus honey dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat all the fruit evenly with the dressing.

 Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl or platter.  If desired, garnish the fruit salad with chopped fresh mint leaves for added freshness and flavor.
